Good question, there's not been significant uproar about it, so far as I know. I might be projecting but people that care about it are mostly relieved that the power station was finally redeveloped before falling down. There's a viewing platform that I haven't been up that's supposed to be good. The new flats and offices are mostly off-limits and incredibly expensive, so pretty much par for the course. The new additions on top are offensively bland, to me at least, but I think that means they mostly get ignored.
