Beautiful. Immediately reminded me of my youth in my old hometown Victoria BC which had as a beach attraction a very 50s/60s stylized sea serpent called Cadborosaurus (Caddy for short). Not nearly as divine as the one in your photo, but fun to climb all over all the same. :-)
