@DemocracySpot@mstdn.social This is the old main post office in A'dam. Great building but when the post office left in the 90s it ended up being a shopping mall. And even as shopping malls go, a pretty dysfunctional one. Some one gets the bright idea to renovate every few years, which is what they are doing now. And I can guarantee you that won't work either (sigh). Here's a photo of how it looked like when I used to go there. (Not my pic and taken in the 80s).
